Please be informed that on February 17, 2025, the opportunity to upload documents for participation in the selection procedure for the position of a local court judge has been opened in the e-cabinet (in Ukrainian), where the documents will be stored in the corresponding procedure card.
The submission and signing of documents for participation in the selection will be possible from March 01, 2025, to March 30, 2025 (inclusive).
In the “Selection for the position of a local court judge” card, a person must activate the “Generate documents” function, which will allow to add all new documents to the card.
Persons who have previously uploaded documents to the e-cabinet for other procedures can activate the “Generate documents based on submitted ones” function. This function will allow to recreate the data and documents submitted during the last procedure.
Once one of the functions (“Generate documents” or “Generate documents based on submitted documents”) has been selected, this decision cannot be changed.
Persons who are military personnel and can participate in the selection under the Special Procedure for Submitting Documents (in Ukrainian) exercise this right by filling out a card “Selection for the position of a local court judge for MILITARY PERSONNEL”. Such documents may be submitted and signed
from March 01, 2025, to May 01, 2025 (inclusive).
Please be informed that for participation in the selection for the position of a local court judge, a person must submit:

- a copy of an identity document confirming the citizenship of Ukraine (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- a questionnaire of a candidate for the position of a judge (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- a motivation letter of the candidate for the position of judge (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- a declaration of family ties of the judicial candidate (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- a declaration of integrity of the candidate for the position of judge (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- a copy of a diploma of higher legal education (with appendices) obtained in Ukraine and/or a copy of a document on higher legal education obtained abroad, together with a copy of a document confirming its recognition in Ukraine (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- copies of documents on academic degree, academic title, postgraduate or doctoral studies on a full-time basis (if available, video instruction is available at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- copies of documents confirming the experience of professional activity in the field of law (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- documents in the prescribed form from medical institutions on psychiatric and narcological examinations (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- consent to the collection, storage, processing and use of information about the candidate for the position of a judge (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- consent to conduct a special background check in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- an autobiography as of the date of consent to the special background check;
- a copy of the military registration document (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- certificate of access to state secrets (if any);
- the application provided for in part one of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Purification of Power” (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- a declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, covering the period of the year preceding the year of submission of documents, and a link to the relevant page of the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform the Functions of the State or Local Self-Government (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- a copy of a document confirming proficiency in the state language (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
- an extract from the information-analytical system “Accounting of information on bringing a person to criminal liability and having a criminal record” (video instruction at this link); (in Ukrainian)
