
By the decision No. 47/zp-25 of the Commission dated March 07, 2025, the testing of personal moral and psychological qualities and general abilities of 41 judges was scheduled as part of the qualification evaluation for suitability for the position held and in connection with the imposition of disciplinary sanctions.
Given the significant public interest in the qualification evaluation of judges, particularly in the testing of personal moral and psychological qualities and general abilities, the Commission informs that 8 judges appeared for the first stage of testing on March 17, 2025:
- Yevhenii Ablov, the judge of the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv City;
- Vasyl Bedo, the judge of the Uzhhorodskyi City-Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast;
- Anna Kuzmenko, the judge of the Circuit Administrative Court of Kyiv City;
- Oleksandr Lozovskyi, the judge of the Volyn Circuit Administrative Court;
- Kateryna Lukinova, the judge of the Pokrovskyi Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Tamara Novikova, the judge of the Cherkasy Circuit Administrative Court;
- Hennadii Pidbereznyi, the judge of the Kirovskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk City;
- Zoriana Cheviliuk, the judge of the Khmelnytskyi City-Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
The remaining 33 judges failed to appear for testing, namely:

- Serhii Vovk, the judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Nataliia Volokitina, the judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Liudmyla Horiachkivska, the judge of the Umanskyi City-Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast;
- Iryna Hryhorenko, the judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv City;

- Olena Yarmak, the judge of the Konotopskyi City-Raion Court of Sumy Oblast.
According to the schedule, March 24, 2025, has been designated as the reserve date for the first stage of testing for judges who did not appear on March 17, 2025.
It is emphasized that all judges are required to undergo testing of personal moral and psychological qualities and general abilities as part of the qualification evaluation for suitability for the position held.
