On April 02, 2025, the First and Second Chambers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered issues regarding the secondment and early termination of the secondment of judges, along with their simultaneous secondment.
Due to the excessive judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for the secondment of the judge Leonid Plokhotnichenko from the Leninskyi District Court of Kirovohrad City to the Leninskyi District Court of Mykolaiv City for a period of one year.
Additionally, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for the early termination of the secondment and simultaneous secondment of the following judges to another court for a period of one year:
- the judge of the Velykolepetyskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Vitalii Mamaiev (terminate secondment to Vinkovetskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast, second to Khmelnytskyi City-Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast);
- the judge of the Kramatorsk Town Court of Donetsk Oblast Yuliia Sukhoruchko (terminate secondment to Starovyzhivskyi Raion Court of Volyn Oblast, terminate to Smilianskyi City-Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast);
- the judge of the Kuibyshevskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Vitalii Malovanyi (terminate secondment to Khortytskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia City, second to Kyivskyi District Court of Odesa City);
- the judge of the Berdianskyi City-Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Tetiana Trotsenko (terminate secondment to Baryshivskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast, second to Boryspilskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast);
- the judge of the Zhovtnevyi District Court of Mariupol City Oleh Soloviov (terminate secondment to Desnianskyi District Court of Kyiv City, second to Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv City);
- the judge of the Kuibyshevskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Roman Solodovnikov (terminate secondment to Nadvirnianskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, second to Kyiv-Sviatoshyn Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast);
- the judge of the Markivskyi Raion Court of Luhansk Oblast Anzhelika Didorenko (terminate secondment to Korolovskyi District Court of Zhytomyr City, second to Pershotravnevyi District Court of Chernivtsi City);
- the judge of the Berdianskyi City-Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Bohdan Polianchuk (terminate secondment to Mukachivskyi City-Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast, second to Uzhhorod City-Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast);
- the judge of the Skadovskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Hryhorii Shabratskyi (terminate secondment to Tarashchanskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast, second to Suvorovskyi District Court of Odesa City);
- the judge of the Krasnolymanskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast Artur Bielousov (terminate secondment to Ivanychivskyi Raion Court of Volyn Oblast, second to Sokalskyi Raion Court of Lviv Oblast);
- the judge of the Beryslavskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Olena Korsanenkova (terminate secondment to Mykolayivskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast, second to Kyivskyi District Court of Odesa City);
- the judge of the Holoprystanskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Oksana Shyrinska (terminate secondment to Teplodarskyi Town Court of Odesa Oblast, second to Biliaivskyi Raion Court of Odesa Oblast);
- the judge of the Ordzhonikidzevskyi District Court of Mariupol City Larysa Kopylova (terminate secondment to Tyvrivskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast, second to Vinnytsia City Court of Vinnytsia Oblast);
- the judge of the Sievierodonetskyi Town Court of Luhansk Oblast Denys Baronin (terminate secondment to Cherkaskyi Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast, second to Ordzhonikidzevskyi District Court of Kharkiv Сity);
- the judge of the Skadovskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast Maksym Klimchenko (terminate secondment to Starosambirskyi Raion Court of Lviv Oblast, second to Suvorovskyi District Court of Odesa City).
The Commission also decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice for the early termination of the secondment of the judge of the Yakymivskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Tetiana Nesterenko to the Samarskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk City.
