On October 21, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in Panels, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges of Chernihiv Court of Appeal were determined.
Based on the results of qualification assessment, Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded, that 40 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 22 vacant positions of judges in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 16 candidates: 5 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 3 candidates did not confirm this, and interviews with 8 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
