On June 24, 2026, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting recommendations for the secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
In view of the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission resolved to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation for the secondment, for a period of one year, of the following 8 judges of the Sloviansk City and District Court of Donetsk Oblast to the Kyivskyi District Court of Poltava City:
- Alina Honcharova;
- Denys Voronkov;
- Nataliia Diumina;
- Serhii Pronin;
- Olha Soloviova;
- Inna Sydorenko;
- Ivan Falin;
- Tetiana Khaustova.
The Commission recommends that Olena Aheieva, a judge of the Sloviansk City and District Court of Donetsk Oblast, be seconded to the Oleksandrivka District Court of Donetsk Oblast for a period of one year, and that Olha Shabas, a judge of the Zolochiv District Court of Kharkiv Oblast, be seconded to the Derhachi District Court of Kharkiv Oblast for a period of one year.
