Following consideration of the recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and submissions of the High Council of Justice, on
28 September 2026, by Decrees of the President of Ukraine Nos. 964/2026–966/2026, three judges whose powers had terminated due to the expiry of their five-year term of appointment were appointed to local courts:
- Eduard Bovkun, to the position of a judge of the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kyiv;
- Olha Koshova, to the position of a judge of the Desnianskyi District Court of Kyiv;
- Svitlana Serha, to the position of a judge of the Poltava District Administrative Court.
