Commission recommended 25 candidates for election to lifetime judicial positions
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 18 April 2016 it addressed the issue of recommending candidates for election to lifetime judicial positions, who successfully passed the initial qualification assessment.
Upon the results of the meeting the Commission decided to recommend for election to lifetime judicial positions 25 candidates.
At the same time, the HQCJU deferred consideration of the issue on recommending 5 candidates for the election to lifetime judicial positions.
The Commission also deferred consideration of recommending 1 candidate for the first time appointment.
At the meeting of the Commission it decided to defer consideration of the application of 1 judge regarding reviewing the applicant’s documents related to transfer to another court without competition.
