For the attention of judges, who will be passing the initial qualification assessment!
On 28 January 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to conduct the initial qualification assessment of judges of general competence local courts, who have applied the Commission with appropriate statements for recommending to lifetime judicial position. On the Commission's official website pursuant to the Procedure and methodology of qualification assessment of a judge the information concerning the list of judges, who will be passing assessment was posted, as well as the information regarding the Schedule of the assessment activities along with the lists of queries to make anonymous written test.
Due to numerous questions of judges, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine informs that posted on 28 January 2016 the list of questions for the anonymous written test has already been developed and would be used for judges (including the specialization of courts and judges), whose list was approved by the Commission's decision dated 28 January 2016. The determination of the specific test questions, that judges will be passing directly during the exam, will be conducted for these judges entirely within the list of the questions, which was published along with the mandatory compliance of the principle of taking into account the specialization of court and judge.
In case the new legal positions are formed the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine reserves the right to obtain the information on specialization of judges etc., supplement or clarify the list of questions for the next group of judges, who will be passing the assessment with compulsory informing about this on the official website of the Commission 20 days prior to the qualification assessment.
