High Council of Justice received recommendations on transfer of judges to courts of appeal
We would like to inform you that on September 27, 2019, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine submitted to the High Judicial Council made the recommendations of September 20, 2019 on the transfer of judges of appellate courts, namely:
- Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Vinnytsia Region Berehovyi Oleksandr Yuryevich to the Vinnytsia Court of Appeal;
- Judges of the Court of Appeal of Volyn Region Ovsiyenko Andrii Anatoliiovych and Osipuk Vasyl Vasylovych to the Volyn Court of Appeal;
