10 candidates received recommendations for appointment to judicial position for the first time
At the meeting of the Qualification Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 19 August 2015, upon consideration of the materials of candidates it was decided to give recommendations on appointment of judges of local courts of general jurisdiction.
Recommendations for appointment to judicial position for the first time were provided to:
- Mrs Valeriia Ananko to the position of judge to Luhanskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mrs Hanna Hnatyk to the position of judge to Melitopolskyi City-District Court of Zaporizka oblast;
- Mrs Kateryna Holub to the position of judge to Ternivskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rig city of Dnipropetrovska oblast;
- Mr Dudkov Andrii to the position of judge to Ternivskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rig city of Dnipropetrovska oblast;
- Mrs Iryna Karpyn to the position of judge to Yavorivskyi District Court of Lvivska oblast;
- Mrs Lubov Kodrian to the position of judge to Apostolivskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovska oblast;
- Mr Andrii Levchenko to the position of judge to Dobropilskyi City-District Court of Donetska oblast;
- Mr Miroshnychenko Dmytro to the position of judge to Commercial Court of Luhanska oblast;
- Mr Oleksii Ryzhyi to the position of judge to Sarnenskyi District Court of Rivnenska oblast;
- Mr Yuriy Cherniy to the position of judge to Rokytnivskyi District Court of Rivnenska.
The Commission postponed the consideration of the issue on recommending for appointment of:
- Mr Pavlo Kovalenko to the post of judge to Tokmatskyi District Court of Zaporizka oblast;
- Mr Cherkas Temirov to the position of judge to Seredyno-Budskyi District Court of Sumska oblast.
