2 judges were removed from the office by the Commission
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 28 May 2015, upon the request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine the Commission decided to extend the removal from the office of two judges.
Specifically, in connection with the institution of criminal proceedings the Commission extended the removal from office for a one month period of Mrs Ludmyla Horiachkivska and Mr Anatolii Ivanov, judges of Umanskyi City-District Court of Cherkaska oblast.
