23 judges of local general courts are appointed by the Presidential Decree
On July 15, 2020, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued Decree No. 276/2020 “On the Appointment of Judges”.
As such, in accordance with part 5 of Article 126, Article 127 and parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine the following judges were appointed:
- the judge of the Vinnytskyi City Court of the Vinnytsia Region Shamina Yuliia Anatoliivna;
- the judges of the Kryzhopilskyi District Court of the Vinnytsia Region Labai Oleksandr Valentynovych, Shvets Larysa Vitaliivna;
- the judge of the Lokachynskyi District Court of the Volyn Region Masliana Svitlana Volodymyrivna;
- the judge of the Kryvorizkyi District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk Region Bereziuk Maryna Vasylivna;
- the judge of the Solonianskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Region Titova Olena Oleksandrivna;
- the judge of the Kirovskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Khaniieva Fatima Mahomedivna;
- the judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Tereshchenko Tetiana Petrivna;
- the judge of the Radomyshlskyi District Court of the Zhytomyr Region Melnyk Oleksandr Viktorovych;
- the judge of the Uzhhorodskyi City District Court of the Zakarpattia Region Shumylo Nataliia Bohdanivna;
- the judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia: Filipova Inna Mykolaivna;
- the judge of the Haivoronskyi District Court of the Kirovohrad Region Khanas Mariia Mykhailivna;
- the judge of the Onufriivskyi District Court of the Kirovohrad Region Shulzhenko Viktoriia Volodymyrivna;
- the judge of the Novosanzharskyi District Court of the Poltava Region Sharova-Aidaieva Olha Oleksandrivna;
- the judge of the Avtozavodskyi District Court of Kremenchuk of the Poltava Region Pohribniak Olena Mykolaivna;
- the judge of the Rivnenskyi City Court of the Rivne Region Yakovliev Dmytro Viktorovych;
- the judge of the Konotopskyi District Court of the Sumy Region Sherhina Yuliia Oleksandrivna;
- the judge of the Yampilskyi District Court of the Sumy Region Derkach Ihor Mykolaiovych;
- the judge of the Kharkivskyi District Court of the Kharkiv Region Lukianenko Svitlana Andriivna;
- the judge of the Henicheskyi District Court of the Kherson Region Delalova Olena Mykhailivna;
- the judge of the Borznianskyi District Court of the Chernihiv Region Rikhter Vladyslav Volodymyrovych;
- the judge of the Nizhynskyi City District Court of the Chernihiv Region Shevchenko Iryna Mykolaivna;
- the judge of the Nosivskyi District Court of the Chernihiv Region Hrydasova Anna Mykhailivna.
It is worth recalling that on August 07, 2019, based on the results of the competition announced on July 02, 2019, the Commission submitted recommendations to the High Council of Justice on the appointment of 467 candidates as judges of local general courts. (For more information, click here).
