3 judges confirmed the possibility to administer justice
On 19th July 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of the initial qualification assessment of 3 judges of the Kyiv Appellate Commercial Court.
Upon the assessment results the Commission Panel, composed of Ms Anastasiia Zaritska, Head of the Panel, Mr Stanislav Shchotka and Mr Mykhailo Makarchuk, decided that all the three judges are capable to administer justice in the respective court.
