34 judges of local general courts are appointed by the Presidential Decree
On July 07, 2020, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued Decree
No. 268/2020 “On the Appointment of Judges”.
As such, in accordance with part 5 of Article 126, Article 127 and parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine to local general courts are appointed:
- the judge of the Illinetskyi District Court of Vinnytsia Region Baltak Dmytro Olehovych;
- the judge of the Khmilnytskyi City District Court of the Vinnytsia Region Pavliuk Olena Oleksiivna;
- the judge of the Horokhivskyi District Court of the Volyn Region Sanakoiev Dmytro Tamerlanovych;
- the judge of the Novomoskovskyi City District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk Region Frolova Valentyna Oleksandrivna;
- the judge of the Babushkinskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Tsytulskyi Volodymyr Ihorovych;
- the judge of the Kirovskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Vusyk Yevheniia Oleksandrivna;
- the judge of the Krasnohvardiiskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Pryvalikhina Anastasiia Ihorivna;
- the judge of the Berdychivskyi City District Court of the Zhytomyr Region Bolshakova Tetiana Borysivna;
- the judge of the Brusylivskyi District Court of the Zhytomyr Region Mykolaichuk Pavlo Valeriiovych;
- the judges of the Romanivskyi District Court of the Zhytomyr Region: Kirichuk Mykola Mykolaiovych, Kovalchuk Mykola Vasyliovych;
- the judge of the Malynskyi District Court of the Zhytomyr Region Khomych Valentyna Mykolaiivna;
- the judge of the Uzhhorodskyi City District Court of the Zakarpattia Region Khamnyk Maryna Mykolaiivna;
- the judge of the Berdianskyi City District Court of the Zaporizhzhia Region Vainraukh Lidiia Anatoliivna;
- the judge of the Melitopolskyi City District Court of the Zaporizhzhia Region Chestnieisha Yuliia Oleksandrivna;
- the judge of the Zhovtnevyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia Kolts Daryna Mykytivna;
- the judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia Fetisov Mykola Volodymyrovych;
- the judges of the Verkhovynskyi District Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region: Dzhus Roman Volodymyrovych, Chekan Nataliia Myronivna;
- the judge of the Ivano-Frankivskyi City Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region Trynchuk Vasyl Vasyliovych;
- the judge of the Tlumatskyi District Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region Motruk Liliia Ivanivna;
- the judge of the Mykolaiivskyi District Court of the Lviv Region Druziuk Mariana Mykhailivna;
- the judge of the Starosambirskyi District Court of the Lviv Region Poshyvak Yurii Petrovych;
- the judge of the Biliaivskyi District Court of the Odesa Region Pasechnyk Maryna Leonidivna;
- the judge of the Illichivskyi City Court of the Odesa Region Tiumin Yurii Oleksandrovych;
- the judge of the Yuzhnyi City Court of Odesa Region Lemets Serhii Petrovych;
- the judge of the Velykobahachanskyi District Court of the Poltava Region Prasol Yana Vasylivna;
- the judge of the Avtozavodskyi District Court of Kremenchuk, Poltava Region Maltyz Andrii Viktorovych;
- the judge of the Okhtyrskyi City District Court of the Sumy Region Yatsenko Nataliia Heorhiivna;
- the judge of the Trostianetskyi District Court of the Sumy Region Ohienko Oleksandr Oleksiiovych;
- the judge of the Bohodukhivskyi District Court of the Kharkiv Region Senyk Oleksandra Serhiivna;
- the judge of the Zmiivskyi District Court of the Kharkiv Region Filipieva Victoriia Viktorivna;
- the judge of the Krasnokutskyi District Court of the Kharkiv Region Buhaienko Iryna Viacheslavivna;
- the judge of the Pechenizkyi District Court of the Kharkiv Region Tsymbalistenko Olena Valentynivna.
It is worth recalling that on August 07, 2019, based on the results of the competition announced on July 02, 2019, the Commission submitted recommendations to the High Council of Justice on the appointment of 467 candidates as judges of local general courts. (For more information, click here).
