34 judges of local general courts are appointed by the Presidential Decree
On July 16, 2020, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued Decree No. 278/2020 “On the Appointment of Judges”.
As such, in accordance with part 5 of Article 126, Article 127 and parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine the following judges were appointed:
- the judge of the Litynskyi District Court of the Vinnytsia Region Vereshchynska Yana Stanislavivna;
- the judge of the Kivertsivskyi District Court of the Volyn Region Poliova Mariia Mykolaivna;
- the judge of the Liubeshivskyi District Court of the Volyn Region Savych Andrii Stepanovych;
- the judge of the Piatykhatskyi District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk Region Kudriavtseva Yuliia Volodymyrivna;
- the judge of the Samarskyi District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk Region Plinska Alla Volodymyrivna;
- the judge of the Kostiantynivskyi City District Court of the Donetsk Region Levchuk Olha Oleksandrivna;
- the judge of the Kramatorskyi City Court of the Donetsk Region Lebedynets Hanna Serhiivna;
- the judge of the Pershotravnevyi District Court of the Donetsk Region Molonova Yuliia Volodymyrivna;
- the judge of the Prymorskyi District Court of Mariupol of the Donetsk Region Ivanets Oleksandr Dmytrovych;
- the judge of the Chervonoarmiiskyi District Court of the Zhytomyr Region: Lotuh Vasyl Fedorovych;
- the judge of the Bohunskyi District Court of Zhytomyr Vorobiova Tetiana Anatoliivna;
- the judge of the Berehivskyi District Court of the Zakarpattia Region Mykhailyshyn Vitalii Mykolaiovych;
- the judge of the Volovetskyi District Court of the Zakarpattia Region Pavliuk Severyn Stepanovych;
- the judge of the Irshavskyi District Court of the Zakarpattia Region Hychka Olena Borysivna;
- the judge of the Novomykolaivskyi District Court of the Zaporizhzhia Region Hubanov Roman Olehovych;
- the judge of the Kaluskyi City District Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region Kulaiets Bohdana Olehivna;
- the judge of the Nadvirnianskyi District Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region Matolych Vita Vasylivna;
- the judge of the Dolynskyi District Court of the Kirovohrad Region Knurov Oleh Anatoliiovych;
- the judge of the Chervonohradskyi City Court of the Lviv Region Demianovska Yuliia Dmytrivna;
- the judge of the Yavorivskyi District Court of the Lviv Region Povoroznyk Dmytro Bohdanovych;
- the judge of the Zaliznychnyi District Court of Lviv Mruts Iryna Stepanivna;
- the judge of the Bereznehuvatskyi District Court of the Mykolaiv Region Liashchenko Volodymyr Leonidovych;
- the judge of the Savranskyi District Court of the Odesa Region Briuhovetskyi Oleh Yuriiovych;
- the judge of the Kobeliatskyi District Court of the Poltava Region Nazariova Liudmyla Volodymyrivna;

- the judge of the Kamianskyi District Court of the Cherkasy Region Bilopolska Nataliia Anatoliivna;
- the judge of the Cherkaskyi District Court of the Cherkasy Region Mykolaienko Tetiana Anatoliivna;
- the judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Chernivtsi Odovitchen Yana Vasylivna;
- the judge of the Koriukivskyi District Court of the Chernihiv Region Parkhomchuk Tetiana Viacheslavivna;
- the judge of the Kulykivskyi District Court of the Chernihiv Region Korenkov Andrii Anatoliiovych;
- the judge of the Nosivskyi District Court of the Chernihiv Region Krupyn Anatolii Oleksandrovych;
- the judge of the Shchorskyi District Court of the Chernihiv Region Kravchuk Mariia Viktorivna;
- the judge of the Desnianskyi District Court of Chernihiv Krapyvnyi Bohdan Volodymyrovych;
It is worth recalling that on August 07, 2019, based on the results of the competition announced on July 02, 2019, the Commission submitted recommendations to the High Council of Justice on the appointment of 467 candidates as judges of local general courts. (For more information, click here).
