38 Commission's employers have been successfully tested, which is envisaged by the Law of Ukraine “On lustration of authority”
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has conducted verification of the information authenticity on the prohibitions application provided by the paragraph 3 and 4 of the Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On lustration of authority”.
As of 18 January 2016, 38 employees of the Commission have passed the purification procedure. All conclusions received were positive.
The purification on 168 employees of the Commission is under the progress.
We would like to remind that the previously mentioned verification proceeds are holding in accordance with the statements authenticity information procedure on prohibitions provided by the paragraph 3 and 4 of the Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On lustration of authority”, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regulation on 16 October 2014 No. 563.
