4 judges received warnings from the Commission
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, which took place on May 21, 2015 the issue on opening the disciplinary proceedings was considered.
The Commission decided to apply disciplinary punishment in the form of a warning to the following judges:
- Mr Viktor Zhelihovskyi, judge of the Litynskyi District Court of Vinnytska oblast
- Mr Denys Chyzhychenko, judge of the Zhovtnevyi District Court of Kharkiv city
- Mrs Anastasiia Moroko, judge of the Kharkivskyi County Administrative Court
- Mrs Vita Maslak, judge of the Korolivskyi District Court of Zhytomyr city
In result of the inspection, the Commission decided to close the disciplinary proceedings against:
- Mrs Kateryna Rebryna, judge of the Umanskyi City-District Court of Cherkaska oblast
- Mr Stepan Meleshko, judge of the Chervonohvardiiskyi City Court of Lvivska oblast
The Commission decided to postpone the consideration of the issue concerning the following judges:
- Mrs Tetiana Shevchenko, judge of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv city
- Mr Yaroslav Mamchur, Mr Andrii Horiainov, Mrs Iryna Zheltobriukh, judges of the Kyivskyi Appeal Administrative Court.
