57 judges of local general courts are appointed by the Presidential Decree
On August 14, 2020, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued two Decrees “On the Appointment of Judges” (No. 320/2020, No. 321/2020).
As such, following part 5 of Article 126, Article 127 and parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine to local general courts the following judges were appointed:

It is worth recalling that on August 07, 2019, based on the results of the competition announced on July 02, 2019, the Commission submitted recommendations to the High Council of Justice on the appointment of 467 candidates as judges of local general courts. (For more information, click here).
