6 judges confirmed the ability to administer justice
On 25 February 2016 the Qualifications Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine announced the results of initial qualification assessment of the last 9 judges from the first group.
Upon the assessment results 6 judges applying for election to lifetime judicial positions confirmed their ability to administer justice in the appropriate courts.
The Commission took a recess in considering the issue on determining the results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification of judicial dossiers concerning 3 judges.
Thus, the Commission completed assessment of the first group of judges. The next 20 people, who applied for the lifetime judicial positions, start passing initial qualification assessment on 1 March 2016.
