6 judges removed from office based on the request of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on April 15, 2015 it was decided to dismiss 6 judges based on the basic of the request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine.
In connection with the institution of criminal proceedings, the following judges for a period of 2 months were dismissed: Mrs Svitlana Kushnir, Judge of Solomyanskyi District Kyiv City Court and Mr Roman Mostovo, Judge of Obukhov district court of Kyiv oblast.
The Commission decided to extend the removal for 1 month for:
Mr Anatolii Bariak, Judge of the City Court of Vinnytsia oblast;
Mrs Liudmyla Horiachkivska, Judge of the City Court of Uman (Cherkaska oblast);
Mr Anatolii Ivanov, Judge of the City Court of Uman (Cherkasy oblast);
Mr Oleksandr Dubcova, Judge of the City Court of Berdichev (Zhytomyr oblast)
