7 judges from liquidated Courts of Kherson city were provided with the recommendations for transferring to another Court without competition
At the meeting of the Qualification Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 21 March 2016 based on the consideration results of the matters the decision to provide recommendations on transferring judges to another same level Court without competition was adopted.
This is about the judges from Kherson city, who have worked in the liquidated Courts. The Commission decided to recommend five judges to transfer to the newly established Kherson city Court of Kherson region, namely:
- Mrs. Olena Ignatenko – the judge of the Komsomolskyi District Court of Kherson city;
- Mr. Oleksandr Hutsaliuk – the judge of the Komsomolskyi District Court of Kherson city;
- Mr. Sergii Skoryk – the judge of the Komsomolskyi District Court of Kherson city;
- Mrs. Iryna Zub – the judge of the Suvorovskyi District Court of Kherson city;
- Mr. Yurii Epishin – the judge of the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kherson city.
Also, the Commission recommended transferring without competition in other Courts 2 judges of the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kherson city:
- Mr. Vadym Reshetov – on the position of judge of the Novotroitskyi District Court of Kherson region;
- Mrs. Olena Ryabova – on the position of judge of the Verkhnorohachytskyi District Court of Kherson region.
The consideration of the issue on recommendation to transfer 4 judges has been postponed:
- Mr. Dimitrii Gavrylov – the judge of the Suvorovskyi District Court of Kherson city;
- Mrs. Oksana Kuzmina – the judge of the Suvorovskyi District Court of Kherson city;
- Mrs. Tetyana Kolesnychenko – the judge of the Suvorovskyi District Court of Kherson city;
- Mr. Vladymyr Zabolotnyi – the judge of the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kherson city.
We would like to recall that according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 15/2016 dated 19 January 2016 the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kherson city, Komsomolskyi District Court of Kherson city and Suvorovskyi District Court of Kherson city were liquidated. Instead, by the same Decree the Khersonskyi city Court of Kherson region was established.
