7 judges of local general courts are appointed by the Presidential Decrees
On November 24, 2020, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued three decrees (No.512/2020, No.513/2020 and No.514/2020) appointing seven judges to local general courts.

On the appointment of a judge
In accordance with part five of Article 126, part one of Article 128 and subparagraph 2 of paragraph 161 of Section XV “Transitional Provisions” of the Constitution of Ukraine, part six of Article 147, period 1 of paragraph 3 and 40 of Section XII “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” I hereby decree:
1. To appoint BURLAKA Oleksandr Vasyliovych to the position of a judge of the Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv.

In accordance with part five of Article 126, part one of Article 128 and subparagraph 2 of paragraph 161 of Section XV “Transitional Provisions” of the Constitution of Ukraine, part six of Article 147, period 1 of paragraph 3 and 40 of Section XII “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” I hereby decree:
1. To appoint ZHUKOVSKA Oleksandra Yuriivna to the position of a judge of the Dubenskyi City District Court of Rivne Region.

On the appointment of judges
In accordance with part five of Article 126, Article 127 and parts one and two of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine, I hereby decree:
1. To appoint to local general courts:
the judge of the Rozhyshchenskyi District Court of Volyn Region SHEPTYTSKA Nataliia Viktorivna;
the judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Kharkiv HOMADA Valentyn Andriiovych;
the judge of the Umanskyi City District Court of Cherkasy Region PINKOVSKYI Roman Volodymyrovych;
the judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Chernivtsi TANASIICHUK Nataliia Mykolaivna;
the judge of the Darnytskyi District Court of Kyiv BONDARENKO Maryna Serhiivna.
