Announcement about the Congress of Judges and taking up documents from candidates to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine
The XIII Congress of Judges of Ukraine, where Members to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine will be elected, is deferred on 11-12 November, 2015 (with an auxiliary date of 13 November, 2015).

According to Article 103 of the Law of Ukraine “On Judiciary and the Status of Judges” the Secretariat of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine announces an extension of taking up documents from candidates to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine that will be elected by Congress of Judges of Ukraine.
In accordance with the Council of Judges of Ukraine Decision of 17 September, 2015 № 94, received by the Commission on 24 September, 2015, holding the XIII Congress of Judges of Ukraine was deferred to 11-12 November, 2015 (with an auxiliary date of 13 November, 2015). The election of Members to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has already been included to agenda of the Congress.
Place and time of the Congress will be announced after receiving information from the Council of Judges of Ukraine.
Taking up of documents from candidates is carried out by the Secretariat of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine with an address at Kyiv, 9 Mekhanizatoriv str., on Monday-Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, Friday - from 9:00 to 16:45, on the last day - 11 October, 2015 - from 9:00 to 24:00.
The box for documents is located in the lobby of the Commission building.
The full list of requirements for candidates to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, as well as restrictions on membership in the Commission, is set out in Article 102 of the Law. One can meet with examples of documents that are to be submitted to the Secretariat of the Commission on the official web-site of the Commission http://www.vkksu.gov.ua/. The list of candidates for the position of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and information about them will also be published on the Commission web-site.
