Announcement of opening proceedings in administrative case No. 9901/367/19
Let us inform that on July 29, 2019, at 12:00 at the premises of Cassation Administrative Court of the Supreme Court at the address: 01029, Kyiv, 8 Moscowska str., build. 5, a preparatory trial in the administrative case No. 9901/367/19 by the claim of Yurchenko Anatolii Volodymyrovych to the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on the recognition of the unlawful and ineffective provisions on the Procedure and methodology of qualification evaluation, indicators of compliance with the criteria of qualification evaluation and means of their establishment of November 3, 2016, No. 143/dl-16 (as amended by the Commission Decision No. 20/dl-18 dated February 13, 2018), with amendments and supplements will take place.
