Another 4 judges passed the initial qualification assessment
On 29 April 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of initial qualification assessment of 8 judges of the Kyiv Commercial Court of Appeal.
Upon the assessment results the Commission Panel, composing of Mrs. Anastasiia Zaritska, Head of the Panel, Mrs. Tetiana Veselska and Mr. Stanislav Shchotka decided that the following 4 judges are capable to administer justice in the respective court:
- Mr. Vladyslav Sulim;
- Mrs. Alla Tyshchenko;
- Mr. Oleh Khrypun;
- Mr. Mykhailo Chornohuz.
Regarding judges Mr. Serhii Stanik, Mrs. Karolina Tarasenko, Mrs. Oksana Tyshchenko and Mr. Mykhailo Yakovliev, the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification of judicial dossier.
