Another 7 judges confirmed their capability to administer justice
On 26 April 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of initial qualification assessment of 10 judges of Appeal Court of Kyiv region.
Upon the assessment results the Commission Panel, composed of Mr. Mykola Patriuk, Chairman of the Panel, Mr. Volodymyr Butenko and Mr. Andrii Vasylenko decided that the following 7 judges are capable to administer justice in the respective court:
- Mrs. Nina Ihnatchenko
- Mr. Yurii Kulishenko
- Mr. Serhii Livinskyi
- Mrs. Yulia Matviienko
- Mrs. Maryna Merezhko
- Mr. Yaroslav Melnyk
- Mr. Kostiantyn Pryhodko
Regarding the judges Mrs. Tamara Kashperska, Mr. Oleksandr Kotsiurba and Mr. Mukhailo Polishchuk the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of the results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification from judicial dossier.
