Another 7 judges of the Kyiv Appellate Commercial Court passed the initial qualification assessment
On 25 May 2016 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined the results of the initial qualification assessment of 9 judges of the Kyiv Appellate Commercial Court.
Upon the assessment results of the Commission Board, composed of Mrs. Anastasiia Zaritska, Head of the Panel, Mr. Stanislav Shchotka and Mr. Mykhailo Makarchuk decided that the following 7 judges are capable to administer justice in the respective court.
- Mr. Anatolii Verhovets;
- Mrs. Maryna Domanska;
- Mr. Oleh Ostapenko;
- Mr. Vitalii Panteliienko;
- Mr. Yevhenii Ponomarenko;
- Mrs. Tetiana Razina;
- Mrs. Maryna Rudenko.
Mrs. Liudmyla Harnyk did not confirm that she is capable to administer justice. The Commission suspended her from administration of justice and directed to the National School of Judges of Ukraine to undergo retraining, which will last until 22 September 2016. During retraining, the court specialization and instance, as well as the results of the initial qualification assessment of these judges will be considered. After retraining, judges will be subject to reassessment.
Regarding Mrs. Svitlana Pashkina, the Commission decided to take a recess in considering the determination of results of initial qualification assessment due to the need for additional data verification of judicial dossier.
