Another 8 judges confirmed the ability to administer justice
On 10 March 2016 Qualification Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine announced the results of initial qualification assessment of 9 judges of the second group.
Based on the assessment results, 8 judges, who are applying for lifetime election, confirmed the possibility to administer justice in the appropriate court, namely:
- Mrs. Lukianenko, judge of Kharkivskyi District Administrative Court;
- Mrs. Viktoriia Olishevska, judge of Donetskyi District Administrative Court;
- Mrs. Hanna Polishchiuk, judge of Commercial Court of Kirovohradska oblast;
- Mr. Serhii Prudnyk, judge of Dnipropetrovskyi District Administrative Court;
- Mrs. Olena Riabchiuk, judge of Dnipropetrovskyi District Administrative Court;
- Mrs. Inna Tulyantseva, judge of Dnipropetrovskyi District Administrative Court;
- Mrs. Natalia Tserkovna, judge of Commercial Court of Rivnenska oblast;
- Mrs. Svitlana Chudnykh, judge of Kharkivskyi District Administrative Court.
Mrs. Hanna Trubnikova, judge of Luhanskyi District Administrative Court did not confirm the ability to administer justice. The Commission removed her from administering justice and sent to the National School of Judges of Ukraine to pass retraining, which will last until 22 August 2016. At retraining the court specialization and instance will be considered, as well as the results of the initial qualification assessment of Mrs. Hanna Trubnikova. After studying the mentioned judge will be subject to reassessment.
