Commission announced a reprimand in respect of a judge
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 21 April 2016, the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary responsibility was considering.
The Commission decided to apply to 1 judge a disciplinary action in the form of a reprimand with deprivation of the right to receive additional payments to official salary of a judge within a month.
In addition, the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings in respect of 3 judges.
The Commission also deferred consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of 6 judges.
