Commission announces changes to the Commission’s session agenda for 02 August 2019
The Commission announces the removal from consideration of the issue of recommending judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the High Administrative Court of Ukraine, the High Commercial Court of Ukraine, the High Specialized Court of Ukraine on Civil and Criminal Cases for transfer to the judicial positions to another court of the same or lower level without competition, scheduled for August 02, 2019.
The date, time and venue of the session will be additionally announced.
