Commission announces the withdrawal of issues scheduled for September 12, 2019
The Commission announces the withdrawal from consideration of the issue of conducting and continuing conducting interviews based on the results of judicial dossier examination of candidates for judicial vacancies of the High Court on Intellectual Property within the competition announced by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on September 30, 2017, scheduled for September 12, 2019, with the following candidates:
Borodovskyi Stanislav Oleksandrovych;
Kolomys Victoriia Viktorivna;
Fesiura Mykola Vitaliiovych;
Tsibizova Stella Anatoliivna.
The date, time and venue of the session will be additionally announced.
