Commission approved the personal composition of the Qualification and Disciplinary Chambers
The first meeting of the Commission after went into effect the Law of Ukraine «On the right to a fair trial» was held on March 30, 2015.
During the meeting it was approved the personal composition of Qualification and Disciplinary Chambers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine. The Qualification Chamber included 5 members of the Commission Mr Sergii Koziakov, Chairman of the Chamber, Mr Stanislav Shchotka, Mr Yurii Titov, Mrs Tetiana Veselska and Mr Mykola Mishyn. The Disciplinary Chamber elected 4 members of the Commission, Mr Mykola Patriuk Chairman of the Chamber, Mr Mykhailo Makarchuk, Mrs Anastasiia Zaritska and Mrs Valentyna Ustymenko.
At the joint meeting, it was decided to employ Mr Yurii Titov to a Disciplinary Chamber and elected secretaries of each Chamber. According to the results of voting Mr Stanislav Shchotka as a Secretary of the Qualification Chamber and Mr Mykhailo Makarchuk was elected as a Secretary of the Disciplinary Chamber.
Also, it was decided on amending the Acts of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in connection with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine «On the right to a fair trial».
