Commission considered disciplinary issues
On 25 May 2016 at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine it dealt with disciplinary issues.
Due to the term expiry the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings in respect of Mr. Oleh Batchenko, judge of the Tsentralnyi District Court of Mykolaiv city.
The Commission deferred consideration of disciplinary cases regarding:
- Mr. Denys Chyzhychenko, judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Kharkiv city;
- Mr. Ihor Saraiev, judge of Prymorskyi District Court of Mariupol city;
- Mr. Hryhoriev Borys, judge of Kominternivskyi District Court of Kharkiv city.
In respect of 100 appeals, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening disciplinary cases.
In addition, the Commission terminated the disciplinary proceedings relating to:
- Mr. Volodymyr Bondarenko (served as the judge of Kharkivskyi Appellate Commercial Court);
- Mr. Stanislav Chupyna (served as the judge of Appellate Court of Kherson region);
- Mrs. Tetiana Honchar (served as the judge of Kharkivskyi Appellate Commercial Court);
- Mr. Serhii Popovych and Mr. Mykhailo Palamarcuk (served as the judge of Oleksandriiskyi City Court Kirovohrad region);
- Mr. Roman Samsin (served as the judge of Kyivskyi Appellate Commercial Court).
