Commission considered disciplinary matters
The issue of bringing judges to disciplinary liability was considered at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on
29 October, 2015.
The disciplinary sanctions in the form of warnings were applied to 2 judges.
In addition, the Commission decided to terminate disciplinary proceedings against 8 judges.
The Commission decided to defer consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of 8 judges.
