Commission considered disciplinary matters
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 5 November, 2015 it considered the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary liability.
After verification the Commission has decided to terminate the disciplinary proceedings against 4 judges.
The Commission decided to defer consideration of disciplinary proceedings in respect of 2 judges.
In addition, the Commission decided to open disciplinary case against 1 judge.
Furthermore, the HQCJU left without consideration the appeal in respect of 1 judge.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open a disciplinary case upon 25 appeals.
