Commission considered disciplinary matters

At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine on 31 May 2016 it was considering disciplinary issues.

Due to the terms expiry the Commission denied opening disciplinary cases in respect of 3 judges.

Regarding 53 appeals, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny opening disciplinary cases.

Moreover, HQCJU terminated disciplinary proceedings concerning 7 judges.
