Commission declared reprimand to a judge
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 8 December 2015, it considered the issue of bringing judges to the disciplinary liability.
Based on the audit results the Commission decided to apply the disciplinary punishment in the form of reprimand to Mr. Maksym Dvornikov, the judge of Donetskyi District Administrative Court.
In addition, the Commission opened disciplinary cases against 7 judges.
The Commission also opened the disciplinary case against 1 judge of the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kherson city (for the actions committed as Chairman of the Court). The Commission refused opening disciplinary case against Mr. Andrii Ivanyshchuk.
It was opened a disciplinary case against 1 judge of the District Court of Umanskyi City-District Court of Cherkaska oblast. It was also denied on opening a disciplinary case against 1 judge of the Umanskyi City-District Court of Cherkaska oblast and 3 judges of the Court of Appeal of Cherkaska oblast. The disciplinary case was closed regarding 1 judge.
Concerning 253 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to refuse the opening of a disciplinary case.
The Commission suspended the disciplinary case against 13 judges.
