Commission launched disciplinary proceedings against 13 judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 23 September, 2015, it examined the question of opening and denial to open a disciplinary case.
Upon the verification, the Commission decided to launch disciplinary proceedings against 13 judges of 11 courts.
Upon 28 appeals the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny in opening a disciplinary case.
The Commission decided to postpone consideration of disciplinary proceedings against 6 judges of 3 courts.
