Commission launched disciplinary proceedings against 2 judges
At the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 31 March 2016, it considered opening and denial to open disciplinary cases.
After the verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 2 judges:
- Mr. Oleh Malynnykov, judge of Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv city;
- Mr. Konstiantyn Filatov, judge of Central City-District Court of Kryvyi Rih city of Dnipropetrovsk region.
In respect of 36 appeals, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to deny in opening disciplinary cases.
