Commission launched disciplinary proceedings against 26 judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 17 November, 2015, the question of bringing judges to disciplinary liability was considered.
After verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 26 judges.
At the same time, the Commission closed the disciplinary cases against 20 judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse to open disciplinary cases upon 570 appeals.
