Commission opened disciplinary proceedings against 6 judges
Today, on 26 November 2015, at the meeting of the Disciplinary Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine it considered the issue of bringing judges to disciplinary liability.
After verification the Commission decided to open disciplinary proceedings against 6 judges.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to refuse opening disciplinary case upon 55 appeals.
Moreover, the Commission left without consideration the appeal in respect of 1 judge.
