Commission recommended 19 judges for lifetime judicial appointment
On 6 April 2016 at the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine it addressed the issue of recommending candidates for election to the lifetime judicial position. Upon results of the meeting the Commission decided to recommend for appointment to lifetime judicial position the following candidates:
- Mrs. Hanna Polishchuk, judge of Commercial Court of Kirovohrad region;
- Mr. Serhii Prudnyk, judge of Dnipropetrovskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mrs. Lidiia Klymenko, judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia city;
- Mrs. Mariia Dmytriieva, judge of Komunarskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia city;
- Mrs. Yuliia Matvieieva, judge of Illichivskyi District Court of Mariupol city, Donetsk region;
- Mrs. Maryna Lukianenko, judge of Kharkivskyi District Administrative Court;
- Mrs. Svitlana Chudnyh, judge of Kharkivskyi District Administrative Court;
- Mr. Andrii Kulbaba, judge of Yarmolynetskyi District Court of Khmelnytsk region;
- Mrs. Viktoriia Kotelnytska, judge of Commercial Court of Sumy region;
- Mrs. Olesia Kysil, judge of Yahotynskyi District Court of Kyiv region;
- Mr. Volodymyr Makarov, judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Kharkiv city;
- Mrs. Tetiana Ryzhenko, judge of Commercial Court of Donetsk region;
- Mr. Oleksii Shydlovskyi, judge of Vinnytskyi City Court of Vinnytsia region;
- Mrs. Olha Katrych, judge of Kovpakivskyi District Court of Sumy city;
- Mrs. Snizhana Stepanova, judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Mariupol city, Donetsk region;
- Mrs. Tetiana Chubar, judge of Cherkaskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mr. Serhii Halian, judge of Konotopskyi City-District Court of Sumy region;
- Mr. Petro Palamar, judge of Cherkaskyi County Administrative Court;
- Mr. Andrii Chornohuz, judge of Commercial Court of Kyiv region.
The Commission decided to defer consideration of recommending for judicial election of Mrs. Inna Bilyk, Mrs. Larysa Trofimova, Mrs. Liudmyla Koziatnyk, Mrs. Nataliia Halaiko, Mrs. Viktoriia Horkava, Mr. Anzor Saadulaiev.
By the Commission Decision Mr. Dmytro Novik was refused to be recommended for a lifetime election to the position of a judge of Mahdalynivskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk region.
In addition, on 6 April 2016 the Commission considered the attachment of a judge of a local court to another court of the same level in other areas, upon consideration of which the Commission adopted the decision on denial of application of Mr. Oleksandr Popeka, judge of Telmanivskyi District Court of Donetsk region regarding attaching him to another court of the same level in other area.
