Commission refused five candidates in admission to retake the qualification exam
On June 24, 2019, at session in panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine the issue of admitting candidates to the position of a judge of a local court to retake a qualification exam within the procedure for selecting candidates for a position of judge of local court declared by the Commission's decision on April 3, 2017 was considered.
As a result of the meeting, the Commission refused to allow retake of the qualification exam for 5 candidates:
Holub Oleksii Yuriiovych;
Hordiichuk Nataliia Oleksiivna;
Diachenko Andrii Mykolaiovych;
Diachenko Liliana Hryhorivna;
Kobzar Oleksandr Yuriiovych.
Instead, Samoilyk Vasyl Hryhorovych was allowed to retake the qualification exam within the procedure for selecting candidates for a position of judge of local court.
Regarding Zhyla Volodymyr Serhiiovych the issue was excluded from consideration.
