Commission representatives took part in presentation of “Trembita” data exchange system
On February 25, 2019, with the support of the EU Pravo-Justice Project, “Trembita”, system of e-interaction of state electronic information resources was presented. Mr. Oleksandr Bystrushkin, Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and Mr. Taras Neshyk, Director of the Judicial Career Department of the Commission Secretariat took part in the event.
Mr. Yurii Kotypin, representative of the State Agency for E-Governance of Ukraine spoke about the history of using the e-interaction system between public authorities in the European Union countries, structure, technical requirements, costs and legal aspects and action plan as to the implementation of such a system in Ukraine.
Also, participants of the event discussed the cooperation strategy between state agencies and further steps to ensure data exchange between different state bodies through electronic state registers.
The representatives of the State Agency for E-Governance of Ukraine, IT specialists from the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine, the State Investigation Bureau, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, IT experts in justice and judiciary sectors, representatives of the European Union Advisory Mission to Ukraine (EUAM), the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine (EUDEL) and the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine (EUACI) took part in the discussion.

The EU Pravo-Justice Project implemented with the financial support of the European Union is aimed at consolidating pan-European reforms in the field of justice. The Project involves experts from various EU Member States and will continue till the end of year 2020. The main Project’s activities are, inter alia, assisting Ukrainian authorities in the judiciary reset and selection of new Supreme Court justices, the establishment of the Judicial Reform Council, restructuring the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, reforming registers and e-justice, facilitating probation service etc.
