Commission resolved the issue of attachment of judges to another court
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 10 December 2015, it considered the issue of attachment of judges of local general courts to another courts of the same level in other areas.
The Commission decided to attach 2 judges to Rubizhanskyi city court of Luhanska oblast.
In addition, the Commission deferred the consideration of the issue on attachment of 1 judge.
