Commission returned the request of the Prosecutor-General on suspension of a judge
At the joint meeting of the Disciplinary and Qualification Chambers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 5 October, 2015, it was decided to return the request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine on suspension of a judge from office.
Thus, the Commission decided to return the request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine on suspension of Mr Vitalii Kovtunenko from the office of judge of Lutskyi City-District Court of Volynska oblast.
