Commission seconded two judges to another court
The Chamber on Selection and Public Service of Judges of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine at its session held on September 13, 2019, considered the extension of the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice.
In view of the recognition of an excessive level of workload in the court or the inability to administer justice, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a proposal on recommending a six-month extension (within the general annual period) for the administration of justice in relation to:
- Medvedskyi Maxym Dmytrovych, Judge of the Mariinskyi District Court of Donetsk Region, to the Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv Region;
- Polska Myroslava Vasylivna, Judge of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region, to the Yaremche City Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region.
