Commission suspended 3 judges from the office
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 2 September, 2015, upon request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine the Commission decided to suspend 3 judges from the office and to extend the suspension of 1 judge.
Specifically, in connection with the criminal prosecution the HQCJU decided on the suspension from the office for 2 months of:
- Mr Serhii Vozniuk, judge of Boryspilskyi City-District Court of Kyivska oblast;
- Mr Vladyslav Oberemko, judge of Makarivskyi District Court of Kyivska oblast.
In addition, the Commission decided on suspension for 1 month of Mr Vladyslav Lysenko, judge of Kyievo-Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyivska oblast.
There also was a decision to extend the suspension for the period of 1 month of Mrs Iryna Tataurova, judge of Desnianskyi District Court of Kyiv city.
The Commission announced the recess of the meeting on the issue of suspension from the office of Mrs Oksana Tsarevych, judge of Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city to 3 p.m. of 9 September, 2015.
