Commission suspended judges from office
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 30 November 2015, upon request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine the Commission decided to suspend 1 judge and extended the suspension of 4 judges.
In particular, in connection with the criminal prosecution the Commission suspended 1 judge until 2 January 2016.
The Commission extended for 1 month the suspension period of 4 judges.
At the same time, the Commission decided to return the request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine regarding 2 judges due to his request for its withdrawal.
In addition, the Commission rejected the request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine on suspension extension of 1 judge.
Moreover, the Commission left without consideration the request of 1 judge on reversal of the Commission’s decision as of 28 September 2011 №3145/vp-11 on suspension this judge from office.
