Commission suspended two judges
At the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on 2 October, 2015, upon request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine it rendered decision on suspension and extension of suspension of judges.
Namely, in connection with the criminal prosecution the Commission suspended 2 judges for 2 months.
Furthermore, the HQCJU extended suspension term of 2 judges for 1 month.
The Commission also decided to deny request of the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine in respect of 1 judge.
